We’ve Speed Networked from Cardiff to Edinburgh, on boats and at stadiums, for a handful of people to hundreds… this time Corkscrew Events took it global!

International Confex and Corkscrew Events joined forces to bring the ever popular speed networking to the leading event industry show. Confex is a huge event and most people simply don’t have time to see the whole show and so “Around the world in 80 seconds” was created to make more effective use of everyone time. This is speed networking with a difference, a chance for you to go around the world!

Mark Linton, director of Corkscrew Events, kept everyone in line in his usual style, bringing out the ex-army sergeant in him. Attendees left with international contacts but more importantly inspiration and advice from their peers. Corkscrew Events will be taking Confex delegates around the world again next year!
